Onboard an Organization

This guide is designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) seamlessly onboard new organizations to Anapaya CONSOLE. CONSOLE is a powerful tool that allows MSPs to efficiently manage multiple organizations in one unified platform, providing a streamlined approach to administration, monitoring, and control.

The CONSOLE supports relationships between organizations. Particularly, the managed-by relationship is interesting for Managed Service Providers. If an organization is managed-by another organization, the operators (and above) of the managing organization have access to the managed organization.

Navigate to relationships to list organizations with a relationship with your organization.

Creating organization

Only the Console administrator can create new organizations. Contact the Console administrator to request the creation of the organization on the CONSOLE. Provide the organization name in your request.
