Onboard an Organization

This guide is designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) seamlessly onboard new organizations to Anapaya CONSOLE. CONSOLE is a powerful tool that allows MSPs to efficiently manage multiple organizations in one unified platform, providing a streamlined approach to administration, monitoring, and control.

The CONSOLE supports relationships between organizations. Particularly, the managed-by relationship is interesting for Managed Service Providers. If an organization is managed-by another organization, the operators (and above) of the managing organization have access to the managed organization.

Navigate to relationships to list organizations with a relationship with your organization.

Creating organization

New organizations can currently only be created by Anapaya. Reach out to the Anapaya Support support@anapaya.net to request the creation of the organization on the Anapaya CONSOLE. Please provide the organization name in your request and we can get you set up.
