License tiers
The Anapaya EDGE is available in different license tiers, each designed to meet the varying needs of users:
- EDGE lite: The lite tier is designed for simple and non-critical, low-volume use cases. It provides basic functionality for users who need to connect to the SCION network without advanced features or high performance requirements. As the free tier, it is available at no cost and is ideal for testing and evaluation purposes.
- EDGE standard: The standard tier is designed for users who require a balance of performance and features. It includes advanced capabilities to build redundant deployments and enough flexiblity to support most traffic engineering use cases.
- EDGE pro: The pro tier puts no limits on the number of remote Anapaya EDGE appliances and provides the highest level of performance and features. Crucially, it includes the EDGE-to-EDGE encryption feature for seamless data protection on top of the standard tier.
